Did you call it a magical evening after seeing that banner at Summer's End ?

Hurrah for Nellings - you have made my day. What extra-super news that Cardiff is included.

Reading would be about half way between Cardiff and London - it is such an obvious place for the TBD.

It will be The Horn in St Albans.  And I'll be out at something else  ::)

I was thinking of you when I booked it :-)

Reading is waaaaaay too expensive. I have other plans.......;-)

I think that must have been subliminally embedded in my mind  :D

There are a couple of possibilities, but past experience would suggest they'd only laugh if asked.
I would have thought a Friday evening in Rotherham would have been nearer the mark, but I've given up trying to understand promoter/tour machinations.

Having said that, things have changed again. Although I really hoped to have a Swindon gig, it probably won't happen this time.
I have got Olly Wakeman a Swindon gig though!

I have got Olly Wakeman a Swindon gig though!

Sunday 27th April - The Vic, 88 Victoria Road, Swindon. SN1 3BD.

Good. I do like the Vic, despite the poor parking (although this should be better on a Sunday).
Mr Wakeman suggests full band show, so hopefully that means the Threshold chaps.

You're never going to get to France.

Yay! Maybe London. Certainly Bilston.

Cardiff, Southampton & Bilston are all about the same travel distance for me, but Bilston is an easier drive, so it'll probably be the Robin for me.

Well if anyone is coming to Cardiff then all things being equal, we might well have at least one spare room.

Oh, I've just booked a hotel. I don't think 14 of us would fit in one room though......might be worth a try  ;D

The TBC venue for the 28th is Manchester,  Sound Control  (http://www.soundcontrolmanchester.co.uk/)

Reading would have a far better place to play.

St Albans is as far north as you needed to go.

Agreed, St Albans is in the far north.  I'm always concerned about falling off the edge of the world when travelling north up the M1.

I agree but apparently there are people who live beyond that! Who knew?

You can get here by less intrusive methods you know.  ::)

However, now I've done it, you have to bring everyone you know to the gig.

From Fish's latest blog

Quote
Busy few days with Steve Vantsis up here and good to have him around to go over some ideas and plans.
He was engineering the small vocal session for the Lazuli track "J’ai trouvé ta faille" on their new album. It's sounding pretty good and Domi from the band is happy! We did a couple of sessions across the weekend to get different vibes and think we've nailed it for them. Great track and think this will be a happening album. We hope to be working together on my small French tour in the Autumn.

Yes, there has been mention of trying to get him to come along to see at least one of the UK shows.

I had a chat with him about it. I think the dates clash but he'll come along if he can. I think he's going to hook up with them en France in the Printemps.

Just wanted to give this thread a bump and make sure everyone had bought a ticket to at least one of the shows. I did some mega schmoozing on Thursday and now hope that some rather nice people will turn up to some of the gigs.
I would really appreciate if everyone could share the poster and tell all your friends to come along. I'd hate to have to cancel anything through poor sales........thaaaaaaaanks  :)

Bought two for Cardiff - will be handing out flyers to the select gathering at the Jump gig next month, and also at the slightly larger gathering at Steve Hackett in Cardiff. Hopefully this will bring the numbers up a little.
