I thought I'd start up a Now Watching thread to ride parallel to the Now Listening one, just if anyone wants to chat about interesting films, television, music videos, etc. that happen to be gracing our screens from time to time.

I started off my day with a bit of this...

Right now, I've got this on...

...which is how a guitar should sound. Perfection.

Will be watching my Birthday presents, the complete sets of Father Ted and The Brittas Empire soon, but for now we're happily ploughing through The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer.

It's so tempting to say One Night on Fire (which is certainly in the top 6).  But, no.  It's the DVD of the Magenta House Concert.  Clearly this is not professionally shot and it's full of camera clicks.  But it is a reminder of one of the most fun (and nerve-wracking) days that I ever had.

Just finished re-watching Sons of Anarchy Season 1 with Season 2 on pre-order from Amazon and due here at the end of August.

Currently re-watching Is it Bill Bailey - the entire series put onto DVD by a chum of mine who found it on a download site. It's been digitised from a VHS tape so it's low on quality but high on giggles.

And my copy of Out of Season arrived on Saturdya so Moni and I will be settling down to relive the memories of the Marillion Weekend 2009 during the course of this week, including my moment of glory, firing off the confettii cannons at that moment during Neverland (during which you can see me in the pit, prepping the compressed air cylinder. We're in the middle of a House marathon - just arrived at the start of Season 4.

Can't believe I haven't watched it until now!

Also enjoying the repeats of Only Connect series 1 on BBC4.

I once saw a porno-spoof of Fireman Sam, involving Sam, Elvis and Penny. They weren't putting out fires, I can tell you!

Penny though - she's a babe - but she does have her own car, which always was a source of attraction...
