I keep forgetting that I've already had my tea, but the chilli is making me hungry. I'm always hungry on this forum, aren't I? (Fat b*stard.)

This is a terrible thread that makes me want to go and cause absolute chaos in the kitchen.
It's going to get worse before it gets better. Yvette's making her fruity tea-bread tomorrow, which is a marvel.

I have a pleasant memory of an impossible to replicate Chocolate-Orange Upside cake from that source.
Fruity tea-bread is always a winner.

I've just spent the last 3 hours in the kitchen preparing a boeuf bourguignon and a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, both for dinner tomorrow night when vast hordes of relatives are descending. If they turn out Ok I'll post the recipes.

Oh, gods. I can take or leave plain or milk chocolate, but I could murder for good quality white. And raspberries are my favourite fruit. And they go SO WELL together!
