A really good evening's entertainment.  In the end there was pretty good crowd - about 100, I'd guess - which is a lot more than were around at 7:30.  A speaker was blown up which added to the fun.,

That was amazing. Review to follow. I think James and I should have a blog-off.

I am still trying to finish Peru...

It was a great gig, excellent sets from both bands, and a very receptive audience which grew to a decent size.

Yes - I enjoyed it.  David hated the David Cross band - really slated them.  I thought that they were really very good, and the way that they contructed the set allowed everyone to have their moment in the spotlight.  It was a pity that Leon wasn't there.

Yes, I think Leon would have really enjoyed it. I liked the original material from the DCB and will be getting the album when it comes out.

Really? Wow. We both thought it was amazing... Liking Crimson does help though.

I not a King Crimson fan - but music played well - and it certainly was last night - always has an appeal.

I was quite stunned by the talent in the David Cross Band. I'd go and see them again!

Hi everyone,

News!! You may have heard I'm no longer working at The Peel, well, that's not strictly and entirely true. It is with HUGE relief that I am no longer full time. I am now solely House of Progression.

The whole story would take too much time and is very boring. It should be said that working for the Peel for 15 years started to take a massive toll on both my physical & mental health.

So just to let you all know that I'm back and will see you at Magenta. Unless of course they get me to DJ the Blue Bar.

If any of you need any info on tickets or, anything regarding House of Progression please email twangshow@hotmail.com from now on!!
