As for Sean's band - I'd expect something similar to the Lee Abraham band.

Thea, I spent 2 years going out with an IQ roadie in the 80's, I regularly traveled to Holland and Germany to see them in the 90's, and I still see them whenever I can. I have stated many times that they are my favourite band, but unless they start doing something new or different, I may just start questioning my enthusiasm.

Are you talking about IQ or roadies?

Geoff has just posted that some acts are subject to confirmation. I am glad I didn't say.

I don't think that they play often enough for people to get bored with them.

I just can't stand the singer's voice, and in truth, I don't think that they are that special.  As for the Tangent, I've tried my hardest to like them, but to me it;s the musical equivalent of watching paint dry.  It'll be a shame to miss Sean Filkins.  No final decision yet, but I really don;t think I'll be along to the Saturday.

I'm sorry how that may have come across, just saying that after adoring them for many, many years, I find them being overtaken in my affections, and that makes me sad, because I thought they would always be my favourite.

I think a lot depends on what they do next, after all the nostalgia stuff, of course.
