Hi all,

I had an email regarding this. It's a very umm different concept. In fact the whole thing is a concept. I would very much value your opinion on this.

Here is a blog of a show they did. It appears that everything is done with a film screen, you don't see the band until the end.

I'm trying to book some new and different shows but at the same time need to guage an audience. It has spiked my interest.

It's either the best or the worst thing ever. Apparently appealing to the inner nerd...we'll go! And how about North Atlantic Oscillation while you're at it - touring at the end of the year. And remember not to clash anything with the IQ christmas gig unless I won't like it anyway, and....I'm missing you and George already! x

And/or The Resonance Association ?

Twang, this stuff seems to me quite similar to IO Earth. How about an ambient-prog showcase ?

NAO do not believe they are Prog, so don't tell them you are booking them for a House Of Progression show.

It's interesting stuff, and I think the visual element would be a good move for somewhere like The Peel. NAO would be good with them, maybe Engineers too? And The Resonance Association, The Fierce And The Dead, possibly From Great Height as well... Maybe teaming them up with a band who you're more sure of would be a good way to test this particular body of water.

Would really appreciate anyone else available coming along to listen to some good old rock music, they're a great bunch of guys  Wink

I suggested that Twang tries to get Larry Miller in.  The Peel would be great for Larry and I'm sure that he'd get a crowd.

I'm not saying Larry is mercenary, but he does like his money if you're thinking of booking him.
