One of my birthday pressies yesterday was ELectronic Arts' "Active 2" for the PS3.

With three motion detectors that you wear on both fore-arms and the right thigh, it is an exercise thingy that seems to work very well. One of the arm-band things is a heart-rate monitor so you are well aware of how close to death you are! Cheesy
The activities are many and varied and the gadget-factor coupled with the novelty will hopefully keep this low-budget-and-hassle-free-exercise kick going for some time.   Smiley

I like the idea that gadgets can help with being fit and active - it's certainly true for me. Having used both the MyFitnessPal app and a great running app that tracks via GPS where you've run, how fast and for how long, when work informed me that they'd be taking away my iPhone I had a cold sweat for all of a week before going and getting my own.

When I find something that works for me, I need to keep at it otherwise I know I'll just give up.

Anyway, this morning's weigh in, lost another pound so that's 19 and a half!  Smiley

Indeed, it had more comic appeal if nothing was said.

Never mind.  Wink

I finally managed to get through the Battle on Hoth level on Lego Star Wars after having the game for years.

No exercise, just very pleased.
