I'm sure Catherine would like to think of herself as having the desired effect that we shan't expand upon :-)

I like to think of myself as having all sorts of effects!  Grin

Went to the bike shop lunchtime, didn't have the bike I wanted in my size so their ordering one in for me, have paid a deposit and their going to call me when it's in stock.  As I'm working away Monday to Wednesday next week probably won't be Thursday till I'll be able to go in for them to set it up for me.

Had it in the specialized sale with 75 off the normal price
I want a picture when it's in your hands.

The bike I mean.

Ooh that looks cool. At the risk of sounding very bike geeky, what pedals are you having fitted with it?

Haven't decided yet bit weary of SPD's as I've never used them before but at the same time as I haven't cycled in years it's not like I know any different will see if I can try some out when they have the bike in stock, the staff are very helpful and said they'd set the bike up for me when they have it in stock

If it didn't have pedals then Simon would have to find another way to fall off.

I have temporarily gone off-track in my lost weight attempts due to some tests I am undergoing.  I will return soon.

I agree with what Ursula says, although I believe having Morse and Portnoy there with you is optional.

I'll pass on Morse and Portnoy being there for these...as they are some routine medical tests.   At least I am hoping they don't find anything out of the ordinary.

My recent ones didn't, Dawn, so I'll use impeccable logic to say that because we frequent the same forum yours will be fine too...
