Well done - I like walking, but I've not done anything more strenuous recently than a walk to Pangbourne.

I can't walk because of my ****ing toe. Well, I can walk a bit, but it hurts, and it aches for hours afterwards. Really wishing it would stop hurting.  Cry

I know how to stop it hurting...

Seriously, though, have you had it looked at, because it seems to have been going on for some time and should not be aching for hours.

Had it x-rayed last Monday (as in 1st July). Still waiting for the results to be sent to my GP.

You could have walked to get them quicker.

Oh.  Maybe not.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon.  James will probably suggesting cutting it off and sticking it on again.

I managed to complete the North Moors section of the Cleveland Way this morning, walking from Guisborough to Saltburn through Skelton.  5 days; 55 miles.  Today was around 6 miles.  I was worried that I wouldn't complete it but it all went well.

Hopefully I'll go back to walk the path along the coast from Saltburn to Filey.

That sounds great, Rob! And you've had amazing weather for it, too.

Thanks - I'm not sure I had perfect weather for walking.

I took some photographs on the way and here are a selection of the best ones that I took as I was walking through Skelton.

Nice to see the old place again.  Smiley  Third one down, our house was just to the left out of frame.

It was good to see you yesterday Mouse.  It looks like you're settling into the new house very well.

Yes, and you!  Smiley  Except that I've just discovered that my television can't pick up the BBC channels here.  Angry Roll Eyes
