Tinyfish will finally be playing up in Rotherham at the CRS Oktoberfest on Saturday the 24th of October. I'll pass you more details as CRS main man Miles gives them to us but it will be great to play up in the North again.

Not before time I think.

Ye gods, that's not far from Hull! I wonder...

Don't you need to be a member of the CRS to attend one of their gigs, though?

Great, I have booked the following week off already.

I believe this can be easily combined with a visit to the peak district and take some landscape photos. Now I have an excuse to buy that wide angle lens for my camera.

I think the "new" button was solved by your cache clear :-) I certainly didn't change anything...

I think so - they are one of the bands that I actively track.  They put on a great show in Kingston last year, but there were only around 30 people there to see them.  There was no support (rare muck up by Twang & Mick) and they played a couple of encores from recollection, the last of which was a work in progress.

Their third album will be out next month.

Well I say, I think we got ourselves a date.  Great news!  I was gutted to miss you guys at Mattfest but now you're coming up to savour the delights of Rotherham* I shall move heaven and earth to be there.  The video clip on the site has whetted my appetite even further.

JBG

* there aren't actually any delights of Rotherham - I made that up...
