And indeed Tempus Fugit and the magnificent Machine Messiah from that very album featured in the set last night.
The start of the latter particularly was a goosebumps moment.

I like Oliver Wakeman a lot, nice chap to chat to and obviously talented...but if Jem doesn't get Best Keys at the upcoming CRS BestOfTheYear malarkey for what he has done this year it will not make me smile.

Strange, Catherine, you didn't strike me as a Drama Queen.

Being able to relocate my downstairs loo from the kitchen to where it obviously used to be in the olden days. Soil pipe found in 10 minutes, saving 2 days of Kangolling. (At the moment I have an open plan loo/kitchen arrangement.).

Er... what's Kangolling?
And isn't an open-plan loo/kitchen contrary to building regs? Great for parties though!

A Kangol is one of those jumpy drilly things that make you go deaf. The loo was separate to the kitchen but we decided to knock down the dividing stud wall reverting the kitchen to it's original style. The building work has taken a little longer than hoped, hence the open plan loo/kitchen.

The typo of the day (or maybe it was deliberate) in our College newspaper, mentioning "the fantastic Eyes Open album by Snot Patrol"

As I get older I find I'm transposing letters more and more as I try to type at my normal cruising speed. A frequent visitor to the red squiggly underlining of Word's spell-checker these days is "funcitonal" pronounced "funky tonal".
