From the BBC :

"Bad Elephant Music owner David Elliott is Britain's richest man with a £13.17bn fortune, according to The 2015 Sunday Times Rich List.

He takes the top spot from brothers Sri and Gopi Hinduja, now worth £13bn.

The total wealth of the richest 1,000 individuals and families in Britain has more than doubled in the last 10 years to £547bn, the survey reported.

The Queen, who topped the first list in 1989, has dropped out of the top 300 for the first time.

There are now 117 billionaires on the list, up from 104 in 2014, with 80 of them living in London.

Mr Elliott, whose investments range from prog metals and curry to music publishing and digital media, has a £41,000 home in London and has donated £75 to Oxford University to found the BEM School of Prog."

Thanks James, both those photos were taken on the same day in the same area. That's the trouble when your in the mountains the weather can change so quickly.  The clouds rolled in the temperature dropped and then the heavens opened and it didn't stop raining for the rest of the time I was there.  I don't mind getting wet when I'm photographing races be it cycling or motorbikes the rain adds something different to the photos.

Had to wait for about an hour in Champex Lac after the race as the road off the mountain was busy with race traffic heading down meaning it was difficult to get the bus up the mountain to get those of us waiting back down to Orsières.

The rain followed me around for the most part but Saturday morning in Geneva was perfect and it stayed that way for my train journey to Orsières a journey that for the most part was right around lake Geneva.  The stretch between Lausanne and Vevey is particularly good as the railway line is right next to the lake.

On Sunday I went to Lausanne and again the rain followed me, I got back to Geneva at 4:30pm and it was still raining but then it cleared up by about 6:30pm so that's when I went out to the Palais des Nations and walked back down to the lake shore to get photos of the fountain.

On my way out of the hotel to go to the Palais des Nations I said hello to a couple who were speaking with Welsh accents.  The woman turned around and said "Hi Mike" , turns out it was someone I'd been in school with and hadn't seen since school!

Been chasing up a certain magazine for money they owe me for photos I took.

Was told back in Feb that they'd sent me a purchase order and I then had to invoice them including the PO number.

I never received a Purchase order.

I probably should have chased it up sooner but photographers and models I know are always complaining about having to chase up payment form magazine so I thought delays were normal.

Eventually started chasing up a few weeks ago but my contact was going on leave and he said his manager would pick it up when she returned from leave, she didn't.

So this week emailed again and today finally received a purchase order, turns out they'd sent the Purchase order in March only they'd sent it to mike.eve@  when my email address is mike.evs@ Roll Eyes

Hopefully I will be getting paid soon  Cheesy
