I'm intrigued that Iceland came third despite being essentially bankrupt. Maybe it's because of Bjork and Sigur Ros.

Just read up on Trygve Lie. "As Secretary General, Lie supported the foundations of Israel and Indonesia. He worked for the withdrawal of Soviet forces in Iran and a ceasefire to fighting in Kashmir." And just look how peaceful these nations are today. Look to Norway is all I can say.
