OMG!
I think I would probably join in if I'd been there with my children. I don't live in the real world so I didn't see it on the news. Must try harder!

I have just finished a bottle of Sangiovese that I'm sure Tescos had wrongly priced. I bought the whole shelf because I am a lush!

... a good chardonay and some buttersalt popcorn.

I think this describes our music perfectly:

"So, what are Tinyish like then?"

"Well. Imagine munching through a huge tub of salted popcorn, washed down with a bottle of chilled Chablis. That's Tinyfish."

Define penguin; chocolate, stuffed or Emporer?

Stuffed.  His name is Preston, and he is very soft.

He's doing one better - taking me for sushi tomorrow Cheesy

What made me smile today? Being able to brush all my teeth properly for the first time in about a week. Simple pleasures, eh?

What made me smile today?

Seeing the guitarist from Tinyfish on my doorstep to see us. The fact he also dropped back my electro-acoustic and amp was a bonus. I just hope he gets another before the gig later this month!!!!!! Cool

The additional bonus was me playing his Les Paul!!!!!!! Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Grin

We can't thank you enough Craig for letting Jim use your guitar and amp for the Borderline gig. You are such a star sir. Smiley  Jim is going to have a hard job fininding something of equal quality and playability that's for sure.

You can say that again. As things stand I am either going to have to persuade "God" to either lend me something or sell me something cheap or it could well be the first live outing for my Variax. Which on relection is probably not a bad thing since that's what I bought it for.

Thoughts people? Spend money I don't have on a guitar that I can't afford or go the Variax route?
