Woo! ...Wait, does that mean I've made Prog fashionable in a way? Do I hear the sound of Satan ice skating to work?

There are no cakes! In fact, there is nothing at all to buy! You should've knitted some cakes. So the cake is a lie?

Cake is a pencil, scribbled all around your eye. Cake is a pair of shoes that makes ya wanna die. Cake is a lie. Obviously I'm editing for comedic value.

I've scribbled Frost* Forum graffiti on the back of mine. I should add some Tinyfish lines too...

Ok folks, I have http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v201/softparody/?action=view¤t=DSC04264.jpgready to be the first thing put on my etsy page. It's a 3 piece canvas, 5x7" per canvas, painted with acrylic (more photos on Photobucket). I am stumped as to how much to realistically sell it for. How much would you each be willing to pay for it so I can put it up for a reasonable price? Sarah xx

Without wishing to sound like an accountant.. how much were your materials and any other overheads and then stick on 10%...

Without wishing to sound like an accountant.. how much were your materials and any other overheads and then stick on 10%... Good plan Batman. That would make it....£5.50. Is that reasonable. I would need to incorporate P+P for that so maybe £7.50, and Etsy get 3% of the sale price. So does £7.50 sound like a reasonable price for that? xx

I think you could charge more, don't forget your time, skill and design. But then I have no idea what I would pay for it, £15?

You are not including the labour cost nor the artistic value. I would say that is too cheap. It will not be worth your time to post it ... What does similar items go for? Edit: Too cheap comment was regarding £7.50. £15 is more like it and still cheap.

Wow, really? I can't really find similar items tbh. The only art I found was like £200 crazyness. I'll have another wee look though. Thanks for the advice!

Does it cost to list even if it doesn't sell? If not, stick it up at £50, or more. If it doesn't sell you can always relist at a lower price, going down to a minimum of £15.
