Ah but length is everything in prog.
Do you REALLY think so?  Surely, as with other things in life, it isn't so much how long something is, but what you do with it.

Nah, not for a moment. I think my veiws on needless epics has been well documented elsewhere on the net (and indeed also in a soon to be released interview with Jem and myself).

I don't really have anything to add to this thread, I just liked the idea of the first three items on the page being accompanied by pictures of men drinking tea.

Some bright spark at the Peel gig suggested that we form a band called 'Jem & I'.  Roll Eyes I asked him if he thought this would be the prog equivilent of Withnail & I.

Shouldn't all these be in the 'What Made You Smile?' thread?  Wink

Changing the subject, I maybe a little bit blue on the 27th November.

Cheeky plug/begging alert!!

My fellow fishtankers  Kiss  Kiss  Kiss

I am doing a sponsored camp out on the 27th November to raise money for Christmas Presents for the residents at one of Moat's refuges. This refuge is for women suffering domestic violence and the presents will be for their children. It is also the aim to raise money for bits for the communal room such as a DVD player etc. I cannot do the sponsorship via one of those money raising sites as Moat is not a registered charity.

If you would like to sponsor me, please let me know and I will put your name on a good ol fashioned bit of paper!

I know that for me, camping is not a hardship, especially for one night but it will nearly be December so it will be cold! I will also be without the internet & facebook for a night which is a hardship.... ; )

Thanks

And if you are so kind as to sponsor me, I can always pick it up in advance at DWB...
